Chair of the Advisory Commission on Rakhine State meets the President of the Union of Myanmar and Commander in Chief of the Myanmar Armed Forces9 September 2016 Yangon – Kofi Annan, the Chair of the Advisory Commission on Rakhine State met with senior General and Commander in Chief Min Aung Hlaing in Myanmar’s capital Nay Pyi Taw on 8 September 2016.
